Shipping & Returns

INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS BUYING THROUGH THIS WEBSITE 

Order Dispatch

We aim to send out your goods as soon as possible after your order, by the next working day at least (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive an email from us, telling you your order has been processed.

Shipping Charges in the UK

Second Class (Standard) shipping is FREE for orders of 3 or more pots, to UK addresses. For up to 2 pots, a flat fee of £2.85 is charged. Please allow 3-7 days for this service. 

First class shipping costs are calculated by size and weight of the packages we are sending out. Up to 2 pots will cost £3.45, for example. Please allow up to 3 working days for this service.

The website calculates postage for customers at the checkout stage, before the actual purchase. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.

 

International Shipping

If you would like us to send goods to an address outside the UK, a standard Royal Mail shipping fee will be calculated when you go to the checkout page. For some destinations, you may need to contact us directly for a quote. Orders delivered to addresses outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duties by local Customs and Excise services. Please contact your local postage / import service for more information. All goods are shipped from the UK, and all returns and exchanges need to be shipped back to the UK at the customer’s expense.

 

Receipt Of Goods

If there’s nobody in to accept the delivery, you'll receive a card letting you know where you can collect your items (normally the local sorting office or depot). 

If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery within a week, then the package will be returned to us. If you then require the package to be re-posted you will be charged postage at cost.

 

Cancelling an Order

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will refund your payment in full. You will be sent an email to tell you when your parcel has been dispatched. If you want to cancel your order after this, and the goods have already been dispatched, then it becomes a Return (see below for details).

 

Returns and Exchanges

If there is something wrong with your goods, or they are damaged in the post, we will replace them at no cost, or offer you a full refund. You will need to contact us so that we can arrange to have the items collected from you before we replace them or give you your money back. Any refunds will be via the same payment method as the original purchase.

Please keep your invoice/packing note as proof of purchase. We will endeavour to send out replacement goods or issue a refund as soon as possible but please allow 10 days for processing and dispatch.

If there is nothing wrong with your goods but you don’t want them any more, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us and arrange an exchange or refund. In these circumstances, you will be responsible for the postage cost for returning the goods.
